Delta Welcomes New Team USA Athlete Ambassadors for Milano Cortina 2026

Delta Air Lines has announced the latest additions to Team Delta, its roster of athlete ambassadors representing Team USA for the upcoming Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games in Milano Cortina 2026. As the official airline of Team USA, Delta maintains its multi-year partnership dedicated to supporting athletes on their journeys to the Games.

Supporting Athletes on the Road to Milano Cortina

Through its sponsorship, Delta aims to highlight the values of determination, unity, and purpose that Team USA athletes represent.

“We believe meaningful journeys begin with intention — whether an athlete is chasing a dream to represent their country, or our people are delivering the world-class experiences they’ve become known for,” said Alicia Tillman, Delta’s Chief Marketing Officer.

“This shared sense of purpose is why Delta’s role goes far beyond simply getting these athletes or customers to their destinations. These athletes exemplify what it means to lead with purpose and power, and our 100,000 employees are proud to stand beside them as they prepare to take on the world in Milano Cortina.”

Athlete Ambassadors

This year’s ambassador team features a mix of returning and new faces:

Amber Glenn, a figure skater, returns to Team Delta after first joining during the Beijing 2022 Games.

Maia and Alex Shibutani, known as the “Shib Sibs,” join the roster. The pair became the first ice dance team of colour to win a medal at the Winter Olympics.

Declan Farmer, a three-time gold medalist in sledge hockey, joins Team Delta. His connection to the airline goes beyond competition, as his mother, Patti Farmer, is a Delta flight attendant.

Delta and Team USA

Delta’s partnership with Team USA encompasses several Olympic and Paralympic Games, including those in Beijing, Paris, and now Milano Cortina. The airline views its role as more than just providing transportation; it sees this partnership as an opportunity to participate in the athletes’ journeys and to celebrate their preparation and achievements.

As the Milano Cortina 2026 Games approach, Delta and its 100,000 employees will continue to support Team USA athletes as they represent our nation on the global stage.
