APPOINTMENT
Courtyard by Marriott Pune Hinjewadi has announced the appointment of Govind Balshankar as Sales Manager – Rooms & Catering.
Govind brings over 15 years of experience in hospitality and customer service. He will play a key role in driving revenue growth, enhancing guest experiences, and strengthening the hotel’s positioning.
He holds extensive expertise in strategic planning, team leadership, and event execution.
Before joining Courtyard by Marriott Pune Hinjewadi, Govind was associated with Sayaji Hotels Pune Ltd., where he held leadership roles across Food & Beverage, Banquet Operations, and Sales & Catering.
In his most recent role as Sales Manager – Rooms & Catering, he managed large-scale weddings, corporate events, and outdoor catering operations.
Govind has a proven track record of orchestrating large scale events such as corporate off-sites, Indian Army catering projects, and social functions.
