APPOINTMENT
Conrad Pune has announced the appointment of Cindrella Gomes as the Director of Food & Beverage.

Cindrella brings over 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Prior to this appointment, she served as Director of Food & Beverage at Fairmont Udaipur Palace. She has been a part of renowned hospitality brands including Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, Grand Hyatt Hotel & Residences and Sofitel, Mumbai.
Cindrella holds extensive expertise in hotel pre-openings, driving operational excellence, F&B functions and elevating guest experiences.
In her new role, Cindrella she will oversee the hotel’s food and beverage strategy and operations, with a focus on strengthening culinary positioning, enhancing guest experiences across restaurants, bars and banqueting.
