His professional journey includes tenures with some of the country’s most respected hotel brands, including The Oberoi Group, Le Meridien Gurgaon, InterContinental Eros, Radisson Gurugram Sohna Road City Centre, Hilton Garden Inn Gurgaon, The Claridges, and Ramada Gurgaon.

Widely regarded for his expertise in multi-cuisine and regional Indian cooking, Chef Rawat has built a strong reputation for large-scale banqueting, kitchen leadership, menu engineering, and brand-driven culinary excellence.
