Ship-Shape: Luxe Design Inspired By Boston"s Nautical Past The Delta One Lounge celebrates Boston"s maritime heritage. Its design features a sail ceiling honouring the USS Constitution, known as “Old Ironsides.” This ship is the oldest commissioned naval warship in Boston Harbour, still afloat. The lounge includes details like a footrail at the bar and a metal cage overhead, creating a ship-like feel. Bronze accents at the bar, custom lighting, and shades of marine blue in the seating and carpet enhance the nautical theme. The colour scheme also reflects Boston"s academic heritage, using maroon shades and rich leather typical of the city"s well-known schools. The lounge offers views of Boston Harbor and the city skyline, making your dining experience even more enjoyable. From Dock to Dish: Sophisticated Takes on Seafood Favourites The Delta One Lounge is a new dining spot in Boston, offering a seafood menu that fits its nautical theme. Guests can enjoy a three-course meal in less than an hour. The menu includes seafood dishes like a warm Maine lobster roll, octopus carpaccio, and cod Milanese. The chef will also feature a local fish served a la plancha daily. For those who do not eat seafood, there are tasty options like prime steak tartare, crispy cauliflower, steak frites, and more. You can choose desserts such as apple tart or Boston cream pie to satisfy your sweet tooth. No visit to Boston is complete without a cup of chowder. Upon request, the restaurant offers a seafood or vegetarian version of this classic New England dish as an appetizer with the first course.
