APPOINTMENT

Hyatt Regency Chennai has appointed Anirudhya as Director of Food & Beverage.
In this role, he will lead all food and beverage operations across the property, including restaurants, bars, banquets, in-room dining and culinary events. He will also be responsible for refining the hotel’s dining identity, developing gastronomic concepts and ensuring consistent guest service standards.

Anirudhya brings over 17 years of experience in hospitality, with a background across several major hotel brands in India. Immediately prior to this appointment, he served as Multi-Property Director of Food & Beverage at Hyderabad Marriott Hotel & Convention Centre and Courtyard by Marriott Hyderabad, where he managed multiple F&B outlets and large-scale banqueting operations and led initiatives in service innovation and process improvement.
Earlier roles include leadership positions with Hilton Hotels & Resorts, The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore, and Taj Hotels, Resorts & Palaces, where his responsibilities covered pre-openings, brand building and guest experience management across multi-outlet and high-volume settings.

A graduate of the Institute of Hotel Management, Kolkata, Anirudhya will report to the hotel leadership at Hyatt Regency Chennai and focus on team development, operational efficiency and enhancing the hotel’s dining offerings.
