Ashish Tiwari Appointed General Manager at Andaaz Restaurant, New Jersey

Andaaz Restaurant has appointed Ashish Tiwari as General Manager.
In his new role, Ashish Tiwari will oversee overall operations, focusing on enhancing guest experience, strengthening operational processes, and driving business growth initiatives.
Prior to this, he served as Director of Food & Beverage at Four Points by Sheraton New Delhi, where he managed service standards, operational policies, and cost optimization strategies.
His career spans leading hospitality brands including DoubleTree by Hilton Gurugram, Sheraton Hyderabad, Marriott Hotel Jaipur, Courtyard by Marriott Pune City Centre, and Rambagh Palace Jaipur (Taj Hotels).
With experience in banquet operations, outdoor catering, and large-scale events, he has managed high-capacity functions and contributed to revenue growth through strategic planning and client engagement.
In his new position, he is expected to focus on service excellence, team development, and strengthening the restaurant’s presence in the competitive New Jersey dining market.
