Air India passengers can raise rebooking or cancellation requests through the airline’s website or by contacting its customer support helpline. Air India Express passengers travelling from UAE stations can also rebook on alternative flights operated by the airline without additional charges.

Both airlines are contacting affected passengers using registered mobile numbers to provide updates and rebooking options. Travellers are advised to ensure their contact details are up to date.

Air India Express passengers can also use the airline’s digital assistant on WhatsApp for rebooking assistance.

The Air India group is also exploring options to operate additional ad hoc flights to and from West Asia, depending on operational requirements.
