Air India and Air India Express Operate 32 West Asia Flights on 7 April

Air India and Air India Express Continue Jeddah and Muscat Flights

Mix of scheduled and non-scheduled services across UAE and Gulf routes

Air India and Air India Express are operating 32 scheduled and non-scheduled flights to and from the West Asia region on 7 April 2026.

This includes 16 non-scheduled West Asia flights connecting India with the United Arab Emirates (UAE), subject to slot availability and operational conditions at departure stations. These services are operated with approvals from the relevant Indian and UAE regulatory authorities.

All Air India flights to and from North America, Europe, Australia and other regions continue to operate as scheduled.

Passengers booked on routes where scheduled services remain temporarily suspended can rebook for a later date at no additional charge or opt for a full refund.

Air India passengers can raise rebooking or cancellation requests through the airline’s website or by contacting its customer support helpline. Air India Express passengers travelling from UAE stations can also rebook on alternative flights operated by the airline without additional charges.

Both airlines are contacting affected passengers using registered mobile numbers to provide updates and rebooking options. Travellers are advised to ensure their contact details are up to date.

Air India Express passengers can also use the airline’s digital assistant on WhatsApp for rebooking assistance.

The Air India group is also exploring options to operate additional ad hoc flights to and from West Asia, depending on operational requirements.
