The Heritage Club- Hotels & Resorts has announced two new key appointments, further strengthening its leadership team as the company plans expansion across India.

Gunjan Kumar- Appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Gunjan Kumar has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer. He brings over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, having worked with renowned brands. He holds extensive expertise in operational excellence, team leadership, creating impactful strategies and elevating guest experiences.

Commenting on the appointment, His Highness, Pradyot Deb Burman, the titular King of Tripura, said, ” Our vision is to expand The Heritage Club- Hotels & Resorts into a symbol of India’s royal legacy and cultural richness. With Gunjan Kumar at the helm, we are confident in achieving a scalable and sustainable expansion while preserving the authenticity of our heritage.“

Debasish Sarkar- Appointed as Director of Sales

Debasish Sarkar is joining as the new Director of Sales. He brings over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry having worked with leading brands in regional markets.

Debasish holds extensive expertise in developing result-driven sales strategies, revenue generation, leadership, and building new client partnerships.

In his new role, Debasish will be based in Kolkata and will lead the Regional Sales Office (RSO) teams across Kolkata, Guwahati and the rest of India focusing on revenue growth and market expansion.

Excited for his new role, Debasish said, ” I am honored to be a part of The Heritage Club Hotels & Resorts at this time of growth.
