AGA Hotels Signs Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham at Kochi Infopark

AGA Hotels and Apartments Pvt. Ltd. has announced the signing of Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Kochi Infopark, marking the introduction of the Ramada Hotel & Suites brand in India. The 69-room property is scheduled to open by mid-2026 and is being developed in partnership with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.

Located near Kochi’s Infopark IT corridor, the hotel is designed to serve IT professionals, long-stay guests, corporate travellers, and families visiting the city. The development aligns with AGA Hotels and Apartments’ focus on bringing international hospitality brands to emerging commercial and business hubs in South India.

Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Kochi Infopark will feature a mix of guest rooms and suites designed for both short and extended stays. Planned facilities include an all-day dining restaurant, meeting and business spaces, a fitness centre, and amenities suited to business and long-stay travellers.

Mr. Askar Gulabali, Managing Director of AGA Hotels and Apartments Pvt. Ltd., said the project responds to growing demand for business-oriented and extended-stay accommodation in Kochi as the city continues to expand as an IT and commercial centre. He added that the collaboration with Wyndham combines local development expertise with an established international brand.

Mr. Rahool Macarius, Market Managing Director, Eurasia, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, said Kochi’s expanding IT and corporate environment makes it a suitable location for the Ramada portfolio, particularly for a hotel catering to business and longer-stay guests. He noted that the partnership supports Wyndham’s strategy of strengthening its footprint in key commercial markets across India.

The signing supports AGA Hotels and Apartments’ efforts to contribute to Kochi’s hospitality infrastructure while further expanding Wyndham’s presence in urban and commercial locations across South India.

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts operates approximately 8,300 hotels across more than 95 countries. In Eurasia, the company currently operates 92 hotels and has 52 properties under development.
