Bhilwara Welcomes AcQua Café & Bar at Aaureum Resort

AcQua Café & Bar, a poolside dining and bar space at The Aaureum Resort and International Convention Centre in Bhilwara, opened on 2 May, adding a new venue to the city’s hospitality and dining scene.

Located alongside the pool, the café and bar are designed as an open setting focused on comfort and ease of use. The space combines seating areas with a menu featuring cocktails, mocktails, and contemporary dishes, ideal for casual dining and evening gatherings.

The opening evening featured a hosted experience with live performances by a percussionist, a violinist, a saxophonist, and an Afro-Indie DJ. The event also featured a coordinated light-and-sound setup, introducing a programming format that combines music and dining in a structured way.

Sandeep Maitraya, Founder and Director, Crimson Hotels, said the concept was developed to create a relaxed poolside environment supported by music and a curated beverage offering.

Rahul Choudhary, Director, Navkar Group, noted that the focus was on building a space with a straightforward concept and consistent offerings, encouraging repeat visits.

Yash Singhvi, Director, Yash Real Mart, added that the café and bar introduce a different kind of social space in Bhilwara, where guests can meet and spend time in a setting designed around dining and interaction.

With its poolside layout and planned programming, AcQua Café & Bar is expected to host regular evenings and curated events, contributing to the city’s growing dining and social landscape.
