Grand Mercure Bengaluru Gopalan Mall Appoints Maria Candice Rodrigues as Revenue Manager

Grand Mercure Bengaluru Gopalan Mall has appointed Maria Candice Rodrigues as Revenue Manager. In her new role, she will oversee pricing strategy, demand forecasting, inventory management and distribution, working with sales, reservations and operations teams to support the hotel’s commercial objectives.

Her responsibilities include improving forecasting accuracy, optimising distribution channels and identifying revenue opportunities across segments, with a focus on overall commercial performance.

Candice joins the property from Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre, where she served as Assistant Manager – Revenue. During her tenure, she was involved in pricing strategy, demand forecasting, inventory management and market analysis across rooms and convention business. She also contributed to the implementation of Opera Cloud and IDEAS Revenue Management System.

Earlier in her career, she held reservations roles at Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre, ibis Chennai City Centre and Alila Diwa Goa, building experience in distribution, reservations strategy and commercial operations before moving into revenue management.
