JW Marriott Istanbul Marmara Sea Promotes Doga Dokman as Front Office Supervisor

JW Marriott Istanbul Marmara Sea has promoted Doga Dokman to Front Office Supervisor. In this role, she will oversee front office operations, including guest services, team coordination, and daily shift management.

Dokman has been associated with the hotel since 2022, when she joined as a Lobby Lounge Server as part of the pre-opening team. She subsequently moved into operational roles across departments, serving as Food and Beverage Supervisor, Guest Experience Expert, and Front Office Agent.

Prior to joining JW Marriott Istanbul Marmara Sea, she worked with Mövenpick Hotel Istanbul Golden Horn as a Lobby Server and Barista.

With experience across front office and food and beverage functions, Dokman has developed skills in guest service, operations coordination, and hotel systems.

In her current role, she will be responsible for supporting front office operations and ensuring service delivery standards are maintained.
