Black Desert Resort Appoints Dani Stern as President of Hospitality Operations

Black Desert Resort has appointed Dani Stern as President of Hospitality Operations.

Dani brings more than 30 years of experience in the hospitality and real estate sectors, with expertise in hotel and resort operations, asset management, and performance strategy. In his new role, he will oversee hospitality operations at the resort, with a focus on guest experience, service standards, and operational performance.
He began his leadership career with DoubleTree Hotels in 1998 and progressed through multiple leadership roles, including four General Manager positions. His experience includes serving as General Manager at JW Marriott Denver at Cherry Creek, The Westin Westminster, and The Wigwam.
Dani has also held senior leadership positions with organisations such as Amstar Group, Two Roads Hospitality, Griffis Residential, and Sage Hospitality Group. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President at CoralTree Hospitality.
He holds a degree from Virginia Tech and a diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the Institut Hôtelier César Ritz in Montreux, Switzerland.
In his current role, Dani will work closely with stakeholders to support operational strategy and enhance guest experiences at Black Desert Resort.
The appointment is part of the resort’s ongoing efforts to strengthen leadership and support its hospitality operations.
