The Westin Goa Appoints Zefan Rodrigues as Director of Finance

The Westin Goa has appointed Zefan Rodrigues as Director of Finance.

Zefan brings over seven years of experience in hospitality finance, with expertise in financial planning, budgeting, Capex planning, US GAAP accounting, cost optimisation, financial governance, compliance, operational processes, and business performance analysis. In his new role, he will lead the hotel’s finance function, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and governance.

Prior to joining The Westin Goa, Zefan served as Associate Director of Finance at The St. Regis Goa Resort, where he was involved in finance operations, strategic planning, and performance management. His experience includes working with Marriott International and Hyatt properties, with exposure to pre-opening projects, hotel transitions, and financial operations.

He has contributed to process improvements and financial systems implementation, including tools to support performance tracking and decision-making. His professional experience includes financial planning, Capex management, cost control, and regulatory compliance.

Zefan has received industry and organisational recognition, including awards for performance and leadership, including the Unsung Hero Award at the South Asia Director of Finance Conference 2025, HOD of the Quarter and Outstanding Leader Award at The St. Regis Goa Resort

In his current role, he will work closely with the hotel’s leadership team to support financial performance, operational efficiency, and long-term business objectives.
