ThirdHome Expands in Asia with Samujana Partnership

Samujana Villas Join ThirdHome’s Koh Samui Collection

ThirdHome has expanded its partnership with Samujana, an all-villa resort in Koh Samui, Thailand, adding two sea-facing villas to its portfolio as part of its continued growth in Asia.

The agreement introduces Villa 6 and Villa 21 to ThirdHome members, increasing the number of Samujana properties available through the platform to three.

Located on Koh Samui’s north-eastern coastline overlooking the Gulf of Thailand, Samujana offers private villas designed with contemporary architecture, spacious living areas and views of the surrounding coastline.

Two New Villas Added

Villa 6 spans 1,919 square metres and features five bedrooms accommodating up to 10 guests. The villa includes private terraces, an infinity pool, outdoor relaxation areas and panoramic sea views.

Villa 21 covers 1,840 square metres with six bedrooms for up to 12 guests. Facilities include a private cinema, gym, games room, spa treatment room, kitchen, bar, landscaped gardens and a wraparound infinity pool overlooking the Gulf of Thailand.

Villa 21 also joins ThirdHome Reserve, the company’s premium collection of selected homes.

Experiences for Guests

Guests staying at Samujana will have access to a 43-foot catamaran for private cruises and charters, as well as an all-weather tennis court, Thai spa treatments and cookery classes. The resort is located approximately 5.4 kilometres from Samui International Airport.

Wade Shealy, Founder and Chairman of ThirdHome, said the partnership provides members with access to private villa accommodation in one of Thailand’s well-known island destinations.

John Dopéré, Chief Executive Officer of Samujana, said the partnership has introduced new international guests to the resort over the past three years, and the addition of two more villas will further strengthen the collaboration.

Expanding Presence in Asia

Founded in 2010, ThirdHome operates a network of approximately 30,000 holiday homes across more than 2,500 destinations in over 100 countries.

With the addition of Villas 6 and 21, the company now offers 20 private homes and villas in Koh Samui, supporting its continued expansion across Asia.
