Pullman and Novotel New Delhi Aerocity Appoint Mala Makan as Director of Sales

Pullman and Novotel New Delhi Aerocity have appointed Mala Makan as Director of Sales.

Mala brings 27 years of experience across hospitality, sales, events, and business development. In her new role, she will lead the hotel’s sales function, focusing on corporate, MICE, and leisure segments.

She will be responsible for driving sales strategy, managing client and partner relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. She will also work with internal teams to support the hotel’s market positioning across business travel, events, meetings, and social functions.

Mala’s previous experience includes roles at Shangri-La Eros New Delhi, Hyatt Regency Delhi, and Radisson Blu New Delhi, where she was involved in sales leadership, event management, and business development across corporate, government, diplomatic, and MICE sectors.

Mala has also been recognised with the Best Head of Banquet Sales and Operations award in the Modern and Contemporary Luxury Hotel category at the Viksit Delhi Tourism and Hospitality forum.
