Radisson AI Price Matching Simplifies Direct Hotel Bookings
Radisson Hotel Group has introduced an AI-powered real-time price-matching feature across its global portfolio, making it easier for guests to book directly through the group’s official website.
The new technology automatically detects eligible lower publicly available room rates listed on third-party booking platforms and instantly matches them on RadissonHotels.com. Guests no longer need to submit claims, provide screenshots or wait for manual approval, replacing the traditional Best Online Rate Guarantee process with an automated solution.
According to the company, the new feature is part of its digital transformation strategy, aimed at simplifying direct bookings and improving price transparency for travellers.

Gianni Di Fede, Global Chief Commercial Officer at Radisson Hotel Group, said the initiative is designed to give guests confidence that booking directly with the hotel group provides competitive pricing without the need to compare multiple platforms or complete additional claim procedures.
The AI-powered system verifies pricing discrepancies in real time and automatically applies eligible lower rates before redirecting customers to the hotel’s official booking platform.
The service is now available across Radisson Hotel Group properties worldwide and supports rates listed on several online travel agencies, including Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, Agoda, Priceline, Trip.com and MakeMyTrip.
In addition to improving the booking experience for guests, the automated process reduces administrative work for hotel teams by eliminating the need to manually review price-match requests. It also provides better insights into pricing performance and customer booking behaviour.
The launch forms part of Radisson Hotel Group’s wider investment in automation, artificial intelligence and digital tools designed to improve the guest experience while encouraging more direct bookings through its own channels.
