JW Marriott Mussoorie Walnut Grove Resort & Spa Appoints Amandeep Singh as Executive Chef

JW Marriott Mussoorie Walnut Grove Resort & Spa has appointed Amandeep Singh as Executive Chef.

Amandeep brings experience across hospitality brands including Marriott, Hyatt, Westin, IHG, Radisson, and ITC, with a background in culinary operations, hotel pre-openings, and team management.

Over the course of his career, he has been associated with more than 15 hotel pre-openings and task force assignments, contributing to the setup and development of food and beverage operations.

One of his assignments included working on the relaunch and renovation of Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel & Convention Centre, where he was part of the task force involved in reopening multiple dining outlets. He has also led culinary operations at Holiday Inn Jaipur, Indore Marriott, and Radisson Blu Agra, overseeing kitchen functions across different operational stages.

During his tenure at The Westin Mumbai Garden City, Amandeep managed a culinary team of over 120 professionals and was involved in handling banquet operations and multiple restaurant outlets.

In his role at JW Marriott Mussoorie Walnut Grove Resort & Spa, Amandeep will oversee the resort’s culinary operations, with a focus on menu development and the use of regional ingredients.
