Espire Hospitality Reports FY2026 Results and Expansion Plans
Espire Hospitality Limited (EHL) has announced its financial results for the financial year ended 31 March 2026 (FY2026) and the fourth quarter (Q4 FY2026), reporting growth in revenue, profitability and portfolio expansion.
For FY2026, the company reported revenue of ₹14,106 lakh, EBITDA of ₹3,190 lakh, profit before tax (PBT) of ₹1,157 lakh and profit after tax (PAT) of ₹812 lakh. The performance was supported by demand across the leisure, business, and spiritual travel segments, along with continued focus on operational efficiency, revenue management, and cost control.

The company also reported operational performance above the industry average during the year, recording an Average Daily Rate (ADR) of ₹10,827 and Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR) of ₹6,317, according to data referenced from the HVS Anarock Hospitality Monitor – India.

The company attributed the quarterly performance to sustained demand across its destinations and continued execution of its expansion strategy.
During the quarter, Espire Hospitality added six new properties, contributing nearly 250 additional keys to its portfolio across leisure, business and pilgrimage destinations.
Further strengthening its development pipeline, the company has commenced work on an ultra-luxury resort near Vrindavan, with an estimated investment of ₹300 crore. The resort will be operated under the JW Marriott brand through Marriott International and is expected to expand the company’s presence in the luxury hospitality segment.
Espire Hospitality currently operates a portfolio spanning luxury, boutique luxury and midscale hospitality brands, while continuing to develop new hotels and resorts across India.

Commenting on the results, Akhil Arora, Managing Director and CEO of Espire Hospitality Limited, said FY2026 marked an important year for the company, supported by portfolio growth, operational performance and continued expansion. He added that the company remains focused on strengthening its presence across business, leisure and spiritual tourism destinations.
Looking ahead, Espire Hospitality plans to add around 1,000 keys annually over the next three years. The company is expanding across destinations, including Bengaluru, Mussoorie, Gurugram, Greater Noida, Udaipur, Lucknow, Amritsar, Ghaziabad, Dehradun, Vadodara, Theog, Sohna, Varanasi, Dharamshala and Kasauli, while continuing discussions for additional projects across India.
With a growing development pipeline and expansion across multiple hospitality segments, Espire Hospitality aims to strengthen its presence in key business, leisure and religious tourism markets during FY2027.
