Anantara Koh Yao Yai Resort & Villas Appoints Erik Billgren as General Manager

Minor Hotels has appointed Erik Billgren as General Manager of Anantara Koh Yao Yai Resort & Villas in Thailand.

Billgren brings experience in hospitality operations across Asia, with exposure to food and beverage, sales, investment, and consultancy functions. He is a graduate of Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School in Australia.

He joined Minor Hotels in 2021 as General Manager of Anantara Mui Ne Resort in Vietnam. He later held leadership roles at Anantara Quy Nhon Villas in Vietnam and Anantara Peace Haven Tangalle Resort in Sri Lanka.

In his new role, Billgren will oversee operations at Anantara Koh Yao Yai Resort & Villas, including guest experience, team management, and commercial functions. He will also work on industry partnerships, including engagement with travel advisors, corporate clients, and event planners.
