Park Hyatt Chennai Appoints Vishwesh Ramesh as Director of Food & Beverage

Park Hyatt Chennai has announced the appointment of Vishwesh Ramesh as Director of Food & Beverage, strengthening its leadership across dining and hospitality operations.

Vishwesh brings over 11 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with exposure to food and beverage operations, team management, and commercial performance. He has previously worked with brands including JW Marriott, The Ritz-Carlton, and The Taj Mahal Palace.

Most recently, he was associated with JW Marriott Maldives Kaafu Atoll Island Resort, where he was involved in the pre-opening and development of the resort’s food and beverage operations, including multiple dining outlets.
Earlier in his career, he held roles at Mulberry Shades – A Tribute Portfolio Resort and The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore, where he worked on food and beverage concepts and operational initiatives.
In his new role, Vishwesh will oversee food and beverage operations at Park Hyatt Chennai, with responsibilities including managing dining outlets, supporting operational processes, and working on guest experience initiatives.
