Four Points by Sheraton Vadodara Appoints Souvik Mitra as Assistant Front Office Manager – Head of Department

Four Points by Sheraton Vadodara has appointed Souvik Mitra as Assistant Front Office Manager – Head of Department.
Souvik brings experience in front office operations across hospitality brands. In his current role, he is responsible for overseeing front office functions, managing guest services, and supporting operational processes at the property.

Prior to this appointment, he was associated with Athiva Resort & Spa, Khandala, where he served as Assistant Front Office Manager and was part of the pre-opening team as Duty Manager. During this period, he was involved in operational setup and team coordination.
Earlier, Souvik worked with Marriott International as Assistant Front Desk Manager in Hyderabad. He also held roles at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited, where he progressed from Front Office Management Trainee to Assistant Manager – Front Office.
He began his career with an industrial training stint at The Park Hotels in Kolkata.
This appointment reflects the hotel’s focus on strengthening its front office leadership.
