Glow Festival by Prudential Brings Wellness, Music and Community Experiences to Sentosa

Glow Festival by Prudential will return to Singapore from 10 to 19 July 2026 with its biggest edition to date, featuring more than 70 wellness sessions, international fitness experts and global music performers. The event will take place across Sentosa and marks the beginning of a new three-year partnership involving Prudential Singapore, Sentosa Development Corporation (SDC), the Singapore Tourism Board (STB) and Exceed Sports & Entertainment.

The expanded festival aims to combine wellness, fitness, entertainment and community engagement through a range of activities designed for visitors of all ages and abilities.

Three-Year Partnership Supports Festival Growth

The new partnership reflects a shared ambition to develop Glow Festival by Prudential into a major wellness event in Singapore.

Organisers said the collaboration will help expand the festival’s reach through larger programming, international talent and new immersive experiences that encourage participation in wellness activities.

More Than 70 Wellness Sessions Planned

This year’s programme includes over 70 wellness experiences ranging from sunrise yoga and seafront runs to strength training, breathwork, recovery sessions and creative workshops.

The sessions are designed to cater to different fitness levels and interests, making the festival accessible to both beginners and experienced wellness enthusiasts.

International Fitness Experts Join the Line-Up

Visitors will have the opportunity to take part in sessions led by internationally recognised fitness personalities including:

  • Joe Wicks
  • Chontel Duncan
  • Emi Wong

Their programmes will focus on movement, fitness, strength and overall wellbeing.

Global Music Stars Headline Evening Events

As part of the evening entertainment programme, Glow Festival by Prudential will feature performances from several international music artists.

The headline performers include:

  • Jason Derulo on 17 July
  • Hyukoh on 18 July
  • Alessia Cara on 19 July

The music programme is designed to complement the festival’s wellness experiences by combining fitness, culture and entertainment.

Six Festival Zones at Palawan Green

From 17 to 19 July, the main festival grounds at Palawan Green will feature six themed zones.

These include:

Cupola Stage

The central festival space hosting large group wellness sessions during the day and live performances in the evening.

Flow Studios

Dedicated areas for yoga, pilates, barre, mobility training and functional fitness classes.

Mind Oasis

A wellbeing zone featuring meditation, breathwork and mindfulness sessions.

Makers Meadow

A creative space offering hands-on workshops and artistic activities.

Recharge Bay

A recovery area with stretching sessions, relaxation spaces and wellness recovery experiences.

Glow Commons

A food and beverage zone featuring curated dining concepts and local food brands.

Every Body Club Returns

Prudential Singapore will once again present the Every Body Club wellness experience.

Visitors can explore health-focused activities, wellness products and consultations designed to support different wellbeing goals.

Prudential customers will also have access to physiotherapy and chiropractic consultations during the event.

Festival Activities Extend Across Sentosa

In addition to the main festival grounds, wellness activities will take place at several hospitality properties across Sentosa.

  • Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa
  • Amara Sanctuary Resort Sentosa
  • W Singapore Sentosa Cove
  • Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa

Wellness Tourism Focus

The expanded festival aligns with Singapore’s broader efforts to strengthen its wellness tourism offering by combining health, leisure, fitness and cultural experiences.

With a larger programme, international performers and island-wide activities, Glow Festival by Prudential 2026 aims to create a diverse wellness experience for both residents and visitors.
