Lemon Tree Premier Delhi Airport Appoints Rishab Kakkad as Front Office Manager

Lemon Tree Premier Delhi Airport has appointed Rishab Kakkad as Front Office Manager.
In his new role, Kakkad will oversee front office operations, including guest services, arrival and departure experiences, team leadership, and service delivery standards at the hotel.

Kakkad brings experience in front office operations and luxury hospitality, having worked with several hotel brands across India. He began his career with Taj Hotels, where he spent six years across multiple properties, including The President Mumbai, Taj Falaknuma Palace, and Taj Palace New Delhi, gaining experience in guest relations and front office management.

He later joined The Ritz-Carlton Pune as Front Desk Manager, followed by a role as Duty Manager at The Imperial New Delhi. Prior to this appointment, he served as Assistant Front Office Manager at The Lalit Jaipur.
Throughout his career, he has developed expertise in guest engagement, operational management, service excellence, and team development.
Kakkad holds a Bachelor of Hospitality and Hotel Administration from the Institute of Hotel Management Goa.
His appointment reflects Lemon Tree Hotels’ focus on strengthening operational leadership and enhancing guest experience across its portfolio.
