Four Points by Sheraton & Marriott Executive Apartments Amritsar has announced the appointment of Abhishek Singh as Front Office Manager. He brings over 10 years of experience in front office operations and guest services within the hospitality industry.
Singh’s professional background includes roles with hospitality brands such as Crowne Plaza Ahmedabad City Centre, Taj Holiday Village Resort & Spa Goa, and InterContinental Jaipur Tonk Road, among others. Over the years, he has developed expertise in service delivery, operational processes, and team leadership.
He is recognised for his focus on guest engagement initiatives, loyalty programme performance, and building teams to support seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure.

As part of his association with the property, Singh has also contributed to its pre-opening phase, including front office setup, recruitment, implementation of standard operating procedures, and operational readiness.
In his new role, he will oversee front office operations, with a focus on service standards, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
