Radisson Collection Residences Opens in Riyadh
Riyadh Welcomes Radisson Collection Residences on King Fahad Road
Radisson Hotel Group has announced the opening of Radisson Collection Residences, Riyadh, introducing a new serviced residential property in the Saudi capital.
Located on King Fahad Road, the property features 170 serviced suites, penthouses, and villas designed for short- and extended-stay guests. The residence combines Saudi architectural influences with contemporary interiors and hospitality services.
The property is described as the Kingdom’s first Salmani Architectural Tower, incorporating design elements inspired by traditional Najdi architecture, geometric patterns and mashrabiya-style detailing.
Radisson Collection Residences, Riyadh offers one-, two- and three-bedroom residences, along with duplex penthouses and villas. Selected units include private terraces and pools, while all accommodations feature living areas, kitchenettes and hotel-style services including 24-hour concierge support.
The residence is located close to destinations including King Abdullah Financial District, the Diplomatic Quarter, Boulevard Riyadh City and King Abdulaziz Historical Centre, offering access to Riyadh’s business and lifestyle districts.
Dining venues at the property include Emily’s Brasserie and Obi Urban Sushi, both scheduled to open later this summer. The property also includes The Boulevard, a social and lounge space located on the upper floors with city views.
Wellness facilities include a spa, fitness centres, sauna and steam rooms, along with an outdoor swimming pool and poolside lounge area.
The property features three venues for meetings and events: Al Diriyah, Al Yamama, and Najd, each equipped with audiovisual facilities, terrace access, and panoramic views of Riyadh.

Tim Cordon, Chief Operating Officer, Middle East, Africa and Southeast Asia Pacific at Radisson Hotel Group, said the opening supports the company’s continued expansion in Riyadh and strengthens its luxury lifestyle portfolio in the region.
