IndiGo and Single.id Announce Strategic Partnership

IndiGo Loyalty Programme Adds New Rewards Opportunities with Single.id

IndiGo has announced a partnership with Single.id to expand earning opportunities for IndiGo BluChip members through everyday spending across partner brands.

The partnership enables customers to earn BluChips automatically by linking their debit or credit cards through the airline’s Single.id portal. Once linked, eligible purchases made across participating brands and categories will generate loyalty rewards without requiring coupons or additional redemption steps.

Participating brands include McDonald’s (West and South), Wow! Momo, Snitch, Colorbar, Himalaya and Pizza Hut, among others. The programme covers spending categories such as dining, shopping and fuel.

Chandra Bhushan, Country Head of Single.id India, said the collaboration uses card-linked technology to create a streamlined rewards experience that supports customer engagement and merchant discovery.

According to the companies, customers registering a new card will be directed to Single.id’s registration platform to complete the reward mapping process. Existing users can link additional cards directly through the portal. Once activated, eligible transactions at participating merchants will automatically accumulate BluChips in line with programme terms and conditions.

The partnership forms part of the airline’s wider efforts to strengthen customer engagement and expand the reach of its loyalty ecosystem beyond travel-related purchases.
