One Central Saigon Brings Mixed-Use Development to Ho Chi Minh City
Masterise Group Launches One Central Saigon in Vietnam
Masterise Group has officially launched One Central Saigon, a new mixed-use development in Ho Chi Minh City that combines hospitality, retail, residential, office and lifestyle components within a single integrated project.
Developed by Masterise Homes, a member of Masterise Group, the project was introduced during a launch event attended by representatives from government bodies, hospitality companies, tourism stakeholders and the real estate sector. Marriott International executives and industry experts were also present at the unveiling.
Located opposite Ben Thanh Market in the city’s historic centre, One Central Saigon occupies a four-frontage site connected to major commercial and civic districts. The project will feature two towers rising above a retail and commercial podium spread across an 8,537 sqm site.
The development includes retail spaces, Grade A+ offices, hospitality offerings and branded residences, including The Ritz-Carlton, Saigon and The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Saigon. The project will also include underground connectivity to Ben Thanh Metro Station.
Masterise Group said the project is intended to support Ho Chi Minh City’s evolving urban landscape while reflecting Vietnamese cultural influences through its architectural design. The concept draws inspiration from the traditional Vietnamese symbol “Song Long Ngậm Ngọc,” which means “Twin Dragons Playing with a Pearl.”
The development team includes Arquitectonica as design architect, HBA for interior design, B+H as executive architect and Turner overseeing project management.
The launch comes amid continued growth in Vietnam’s tourism, hospitality and branded residence sectors. According to the information shared at the event, Vietnam welcomed nearly 21.2 million international visitors in 2025, while Ho Chi Minh City received around 8.6 million international arrivals during the same period.
Industry reports presented during the launch also highlighted rising demand for branded residences across the Asia Pacific, with Vietnam emerging as a growing market for integrated luxury developments and hospitality-linked residential projects.
Masterise Group stated that One Central Saigon is expected to contribute to the city’s hospitality, tourism and commercial infrastructure while supporting broader urban development plans in Ho Chi Minh City.
