Silhouette by The Zero Phuket Launches in Nai Yang
Phuket Project Focuses on Sustainable Living in Nai Yang
Silhouette by The Zero Phuket has launched in Nai Yang, introducing a residential concept centred on sustainability, design and everyday liveability. The project marks the second development by The Zero Phuket and reflects a shift towards more considered approaches to island living.
Located around 350 metres from Nai Yang Beach and close to Sirinat National Park, the development is positioned within an area that remains closely connected to its natural surroundings. Residents also have access to nearby cafés, wellness spaces, local services and Phuket International Airport.

The project is built around the idea of lower-impact living. Features include solar panels, rainwater harvesting, electric vehicle charging, reduced reliance on single-use plastics and pet-friendly policies. These elements are integrated into the design to balance environmental considerations with everyday comfort and functionality.
Silhouette has been planned as a low-density development with 150 residences, including studios, one- to three-bedroom units and two-bedroom penthouses. The architecture follows a modern tropical style, designed to align with the surrounding landscape and create a more private and liveable environment.
Shared facilities focus on lifestyle and wellbeing. These include a rooftop pool and bar, gym, spa, sauna, steam room, ice bath, co-working space, children’s area, padel and pickleball courts, a golf simulator, outdoor cinema, restaurant and a solar-powered shuttle service.

Robert Hodge, Founder and Executive Chairman of The Zero Phuket, said the project reflects a broader approach to residential development that considers long-term use, environmental responsibility and how people live on a daily basis.
Residences are priced from THB 4.4 million, with a stated 10% return on investment. Construction is expected to begin in the second quarter of 2026, with completion targeted for the third quarter of 2028. The project represents the next step in The Zero Phuket’s development pipeline, focusing on integrating sustainability into residential planning in Phuket.
