The Lind Hotels Begins Expansion Beyond Boracay
The Lind Hotels’ Growth Across New Island Destinations
The Lind Hotels is expanding beyond Boracay, with new properties in Coron scheduled to open next year, followed by Siargao. The move marks the next phase for the independent Filipino brand as it develops a multi-island portfolio shaped by a guest-focused and adaptable approach.
The journey began with The Lind Boracay, located along Station 1 of White Beach. The property has played a central role in defining the brand’s direction, with its positioning influenced by guest experience and ongoing refinement. Its recognition by the MICHELIN Guide remains an important reference point for the brand.
Rather than following a standardised model, the hotel was developed around the preferences of its founders, with an emphasis on comfort, flexibility, and continuous improvement. This approach has contributed to repeat visits and steady performance over time. Guest feedback has also shaped updates across the property, including new dining concepts such as Yim and changes to wellness and leisure offerings.

Pierre Henrichs, Chief Operating Officer of The Lind Hotels, said the brand continues to centre its decisions around the guest perspective. This approach remains a key factor as the company expands into new destinations.
The upcoming Lind Coron represents the first step in this expansion. The property will introduce a villa-led concept, located on a peninsula that offers a more private setting while remaining accessible to the mainland. Plans include multiple dining venues, a dive centre, and a range of recreational and wellness facilities, creating a distinct experience from the Boracay property.
In Siargao, the brand is taking a similar approach by entering a destination with growing demand and limited established supply. Known for its surfing culture, the island presents an opportunity to develop a property aligned with its natural setting and evolving visitor base.

For The Lind Hotels, expansion is guided by long-term considerations rather than rapid scale. Each destination is selected for its ability to support a distinct interpretation of the brand’s identity.
Henrichs noted that remaining independent enables the company to respond quickly to changing expectations and maintain operational flexibility. The focus remains on building each property step by step while preserving a consistent approach.
As the brand moves into Coron and Siargao, its direction continues to reflect the principles established in Boracay: an independent outlook, adaptability, and a focus on guest experience.
