Lemon Tree Hotels Signs New Property in Garudeshwar, Expands Gujarat Portfolio

Lemon Tree Hotels has announced the signing of a new property in Garudeshwar, further strengthening its presence in the state.

With this addition, Lemon Tree Hotels will have a total of 32 properties in Gujarat, including 11 operational hotels and 21 in the pipeline. The property will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the group.

Project Overview

The upcoming Lemon Tree Hotel Garudeshwar will feature 90 rooms, along with a restaurant, banquet hall and meeting facilities. Recreational amenities are expected to include a swimming pool, spa and fitness centre.

Connectivity and Location

The hotel is located in Garudeshwar and will be accessible via Vadodara International Airport, approximately 85 km away, and Ekta Nagar Railway Station, around 5 km from the site.

Lemon Tree Hotels continues to expand its footprint in emerging tourism and pilgrimage destinations, where demand for organised hospitality infrastructure is increasing. The latest signing aligns with the company’s strategy to scale operations in high-growth travel corridors.
