Hyatt Regency Debuts in Niagara Falls with Fallsview Opening
Hyatt Hotels Corporation has announced the opening of Hyatt Regency Niagara Falls Fallsview, marking the brand’s entry into Niagara Falls and its second Hyatt Regency property in Ontario. The hotel also becomes the first Hyatt Classics property in the Niagara Falls area and joins the World of Hyatt portfolio.

New Hyatt Regency Strengthens Niagara Falls as a Global Destination
Positioned as the closest Canadian hotel to Niagara Falls, the property offers direct views of the natural landmark, including the Horseshoe Falls and American Falls. Located in the Fallsview district, the hotel provides access to dining, entertainment, and casino attractions, while also being within driving distance of Toronto and Buffalo.

“At the center of one of North America’s most visited attractions, Hyatt Regency Niagara Falls Fallsview gives World of Hyatt members and guests the opportunity to take in unobstructed views of a natural wonder,” said Katie Johnson, Vice President of Global Brand Strategy, Classics Portfolio, Hyatt. “We’re excited to welcome this property to the Classics portfolio to give our members opportunities to explore the beauty of the Niagara region.”
The 42-storey hotel features 611 newly renovated guestrooms and suites designed with contemporary interiors. Rooms offer views of either Niagara Falls or the city skyline and include amenities such as flat-screen televisions, Nespresso machines, mini refrigerators, and dedicated beverage stations. Suites provide additional space with separate living areas and upgraded features.

“Niagara Falls is one of the premier tourist destinations in the world,” said Anthony Menechella, Fallsview Group Vice President. “With the introduction of Hyatt Regency Niagara Falls Fallsview, we represent the best that this destination has to offer in terms of hospitality, tourism, and elevated experiences.”

Beyond leisure travel, the property is positioned as a destination for meetings and events, offering over 20,000 square feet of meeting and banquet space. Facilities include a business centre, concierge services, indoor pool, and fitness centre, supporting a wide range of corporate and social gatherings.

Dining options at the hotel include STK Steakhouse Fallsview and TGI Fridays, catering to both upscale and family-friendly preferences.
The opening supports Hyatt’s continued expansion in Canada and reinforces Niagara Falls’ position as a major international tourism and events destination.
