ITC Windsor Bengaluru has announced the appointment of Manoj Padmanaban as the new Executive Chef.

ITC Windsor, A Luxury Collection Hotel in Bengaluru has appointed Manoj Padmanaban as its new Executive Chef. He brings over 15 years of experience in luxury hospitality, culinary and fine dining sectors.
Chef Manoj has been an integral part within the ITC brand and has worked in key leadership roles across ITC Kohenur, ITC Gardenia, and The Leela Palace Bengaluru.
He holds extensive expertise in food safety, modern cuisines, and culinary operations across all-day dining, specialty restaurants, in-room dining, and large-scale banqueting
In his new role, Chef Manoj will spearhead key culinary operations, including menu innovation, cuisine execution, and elevation of dining experiences.
