“TAJGVK reported a 15% year-on-year increase in operating revenue to INR 106.39 crore for Q1 FY26. Other income for the quarter includes INR 20.21 crore from dividend earnings related to Green Woods Palaces and Resorts Private Limited, our joint venture company. We remain optimistic about the upcoming quarters, supported by steady demand across our markets.”

Green Woods Palaces & Resorts Private Limited, which operates Taj Santacruz in Mumbai, reported an income of INR 54.45 crore and an EBITDA of INR 20.62 crore for Q1 FY26.
