Wynn Al Marjan Island Partners Announce Plans for Janu Al Marjan Island
Wynn Resorts and Marjan, the development partners of Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, have announced a second joint venture on Al Marjan Island called Janu Al Marjan Island. This property will be operated by the Aman Group and is expected to open in late 2028. It will be located directly across from Wynn Al Marjan Island.
Janu, from the Aman Group portfolio, focuses on hospitality experiences centered around meaningful interaction, balanced living, and social wellness.
The hotel will feature 132 rooms overlooking the Arabian Gulf, along with a wellness center that includes yoga and fitness spaces, a banya, and hammam facilities. Additional features will include a mixology bar, two restaurants, a nightlife venue, a Kids’ Club, private beach access, a Beach Club, and pool areas.
An adjacent residential tower will offer a selection of Janu Residences ranging from one to five bedrooms, along with a limited number of standalone villas.
Wynn Al Marjan Island, set to open in 2027, will feature accommodations, dining venues, recreational spaces, retail areas, event facilities, and a marina.
