APPOINTMENT
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has announced two new appointments, further strengthening its global leadership team.
Amit Sripathi- Appointed as Chief Financial Officer
Most recently, Amit Sripathi served as the Company’s Chief Development Officer – North America. He now succeeds Kurt Albert who has served as Interim Chief Financial Officer since November.
Amit joined Wyndham Hotels in 2021 and since then, has held key leadership roles. He brings extensive experience in operational and financial excellence across the lodging industry, including driving the company’s growth and capital allocation strategy.
Prior to Wyndham, he was associated with RLJ Lodging Trust, responsible for Capital Markets and Corporate Finance and served in roles in the Real Estate, Lodging and Gaming investment banking group at Deutsche Bank.

David Wilner- Appointed as Chief Development Officer, North America
David Wilner has been appointed as the new Chief Development Officer, North America.
In his new role, David will lead Wyndham’s North American franchise sales & architecture design, construction teams. He has been a part of Wyndham since eight years and has significantly contributed to the growth of the brand.
Under his leadership, the company created and launched ECHO Suites Extended Stay. Prior to joining Wyndham, he spent 20 years as part of the franchise sales leadership team for La Quinta.
