Waldorf Astoria New York Fashion Getaway Inspired by Devil Wears Prada 2
Fashion-Themed Stay at Waldorf Astoria New York Linked to Devil Wears Prada 2
Waldorf Astoria New York has introduced a new overnight package titled the “Devilishly Chic Getaway”, created in connection with The Devil Wears Prada 2, which is scheduled for release in cinemas on 1 May.
Available to book from 23 April for stays between 26 April and 30 June 2026, the package centres on a fashion-focused experience in New York City. The stay begins on arrival and continues throughout the visit, with several inclusions designed around style and shopping.
Guests who book the package receive champagne on arrival and a themed welcome amenity. The experience also includes a two-hour personal shopping session arranged through the hotel’s concierge service. In addition, guests are given a $150 food and beverage credit to use at Peacock Alley.
As part of the offering, a limited-time cocktail called The Devil’s Martini will be available from 26 April. Created by mixologist Jeff Bell, the drink combines Grey Goose vodka, Sakura vermouth and hibiscus extract, and is served with a preserved baby peach garnish. It will be offered at Peacock Alley and at Waldorf Astoria locations across the United States.
The collaboration also extends beyond New York, with themed in-room content and experiences being introduced at Waldorf Astoria properties across the country to coincide with the film’s release.

Luigi Romaniello, managing director of Waldorf Astoria New York, said the package reflects the hotel’s long-standing connection with fashion and its role within the city. He noted that New York continues to be closely linked with global fashion, and the hotel remains part of that environment.
The initiative forms part of the hotel’s broader approach to offering stays shaped around cultural partnerships. Over the years, Waldorf Astoria New York has appeared in films and television, and this package connects its setting with a current cinema release while offering guests a way to experience the city through a fashion-oriented stay.
