
Cygnett Hotels has signed agreements for three new hotels and resorts during the HICSA Conference held at the Grand Hyatt Mumbai. The signings were completed in the presence of Dimitris Manikis, President and Managing Director – EMEA.
The additions will bring 354 keys to the company’s portfolio, reflecting its ongoing development across key destinations in India.
The newly signed properties include a 204-key hotel in Thane, Mumbai, a 100-key property near Hyderabad Airport, and a 50-key resort in Jim Corbett.

The expansion forms part of the company’s broader development pipeline, supported by partnerships with international hotel groups and a focus on strengthening its presence in both urban and leisure markets.
