APPOINTMENT
The Westin Pune Koregaon Park, part of Marriott International, has appointed Satyabrat Sandha as its new Director of Finance.
Sandha is an MBA in Finance with over 15 years of experience across hospitality finance, accounting, auditing, taxation, and statutory compliance. In his new role, he will work closely with the General Manager and the leadership team to ensure financial discipline, regulatory adherence, and alignment of financial strategy with the property’s long-term business objectives.
Prior to joining The Westin Pune Koregaon Park, Sandha served as Cluster Director of Finance – ANZP with Marriott International, where he oversaw finance operations for Sheraton Samoa Aggie Grey’s Hotel & Bungalows and Sheraton Samoa Beach Resort. His career with Marriott International and Starwood Hotels & Resorts also includes leadership roles as Director of Finance at Sheraton Grand Chennai Resort & Spa and multiple finance leadership positions at Aloft Bengaluru Cessna Business Park.
Throughout his career, Sandha has been involved in budgeting and variance analysis, MIS reporting, auditing, taxation, and internal controls. He has also contributed to several Marriott International pre-openings, supporting the setup of financial systems, talent onboarding, and brand-compliant operations.

His work in hospitality finance has been recognised with several industry awards, including the Hotelier India Awards 2024 – Finance Person of the Year, Gold Award – Admin and Finance Champion of the Year 2023, and Silver Award – Admin and Finance Champion of the Year 2022 at the India Hospitality Excellence Awards. He was also honoured with the Talent Development Award from Marriott International South Asia Finance in 2023.
With his familiarity with Marriott International’s financial frameworks and experience across multiple properties, Sandha’s appointment is expected to support the financial management and operational planning at The Westin Pune Koregaon Park.
