Lemon Tree Hotel Jorhat Expands Brand’s Presence in Assam
Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has announced the signing of Lemon Tree Hotel, Jorhat, marking the brand’s entry into the city and expanding its presence in Assam to seven properties, including one operational hotel and six under development.
The hotel will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.
New Hotel in Assam
Located in Jorhat, the upcoming hotel will offer 70 guestrooms and a range of facilities for business and leisure travellers.

- Fitness centre
The hotel has been designed to cater to business travellers, tea industry professionals, leisure guests and visitors exploring the region.

Known for its tea industry, Jorhat is home to more than 135 tea gardens, including Cinnamora and Gatoonga, as well as the Tocklai Tea Research Institute.
The city also serves as a gateway to Majuli, the world’s largest river island, which is known for its Vaishnavite monasteries and cultural heritage.
