The London New York Joins The Luxury Collection

The London Hotel Marks The Luxury Collection’s Return to New York City
The Luxury Collection has announced the addition of The London, a Luxury Collection Hotel, New York City, marking the brand’s return to New York. Located at 151 West 54th Street in Midtown Manhattan, the hotel brings a new identity to a long-established property positioned close to Central Park, Carnegie Hall, Broadway theatres and some of the city’s most recognised dining destinations.
The hotel reflects a blend of influences from both London and New York, combining contemporary design with the character of its Midtown surroundings. The move strengthens The Luxury Collection’s presence in one of the world’s most visited urban destinations.

Bruce Rohr, Vice President and Global Brand Leader of The Luxury Collection, said the addition of the hotel represents an important step in the brand’s continued growth while reinforcing its connection to New York’s cultural and creative landscape.
Rising 54 storeys above Manhattan, the property features 562 suite-style accommodations. Designed with a residential approach, the suites include separate living areas, spacious layouts and bathrooms intended to provide a comfortable stay for both leisure and business travellers. Many of the suites also offer views of Central Park and the New York skyline.
As part of the guest experience, the hotel introduces its Daily Epicurean Moment, a gathering inspired by the tradition of pausing to connect. The experience features a selection of cheeses from Murray’s Cheese, paired with wines from regional producers, offering guests an opportunity to engage with local flavours and traditions.

Geoffery Mills, General Manager of The London, a Luxury Collection Hotel, New York City, said the property offers a more residential style of accommodation in Midtown Manhattan, combining spacious suites with a central location and access to many of the city’s cultural attractions.
The transition to The Luxury Collection brand also reflects a renewed focus on experiences shaped by the destination itself. Drawing on its Midtown location, the hotel aims to connect guests with the culture, history and energy of New York while offering a distinctive perspective on the city.
