Brigade Hospitality Appoints Chef Arokia Raj as Business Head – Operations for The Baking Company

Brigade Hospitality has announced the appointment of Chef Arokia Raj, also known as Chef Stanley, as Business Head – Operations for The Baking Company.
In this role, he will oversee end-to-end business operations, including production planning, inventory management, and culinary development for the brand.

Chef Arokia Raj brings close to three decades of experience in the bakery and hospitality sector. He has worked with organisations including SATS Bengaluru, Dolcre, APCA Bengaluru, Vivanta by Taj, and other hospitality establishments.
He holds a Master of Business Administration and a Diploma in Hotel Management from the Indian School of Business Management, Bengaluru.
Commenting on the appointment, Gurmeet Singh, AVP, Brigade Hospitality, said, “Chef Stanley, with his vast experience and incredible track record does not bring culinary artistry alone but also sharp business acumen and leadership qualities that will help TBC reach newer heights of operational efficiency and customer delight. The Baking Company is a bakery brand under Brigade Hospitality, with outlets located in commercial and lifestyle destinations including the World Trade Centre, Rajajinagar, Bengaluru, and JP Nagar, Bengaluru.
