Taj Fort Aguada Resort & Spa & Taj Holiday Village Resort & Spa Appoint Reekshit Siddhanta as Deputy General Manager

Taj Fort Aguada Resort & Spa and Taj Holiday Village Resort & Spa in North Goa have announced the appointment of Reekshit Siddhanta as Deputy General Manager for the two properties.

Reekshit brings over 24 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on luxury hotel operations, rooms division, and guest experience management. He began his career with The Indian Hotels Company Limited as a management trainee in housekeeping and has since held multiple leadership roles.

Reekshit’s previous assignments include roles such as Executive Housekeeper at Taj Umaid Bhawan Palace and involvement in the pre-opening team at Taj Falaknuma Palace. He later moved into rooms division leadership, serving as Director of Rooms at Fairmont Jaipur, Taj Exotica Resort & Spa Goa, and Taj Dubai.

Prior to this appointment, Reekshit was associated with Taj Exotica Resort & Spa Goa as Hotel Manager.

In his new role, he will oversee operations across both North Goa properties, focusing on guest experience, service delivery, and operational processes.
