Raffles Udaipur appoints Aditi Nigdikar as Director of Revenue Management

Raffles Udaipur has announced the appointment of Aditi Nigdikar as Director of Revenue Management.

Aditi brings close to a decade of experience in hospitality revenue strategy and commercial operations, with a focus on driving topline growth, market share, and profitability across luxury and premium hotel segments.

She has previously been associated with Marriott International, where she held revenue management roles across regions including Delhi NCR, Central India, and Pune. Her experience includes demand forecasting, revenue optimisation, and cross-functional alignment across sales, marketing, and operations teams.

Aditi has received industry recognitions such as the APEC Elite Award Global and Continent 2024 – Special Achievement RM Leader of the Year, and the APEC President’s Circle 2023 – Revenue Management.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality from Institute of Hotel Management Catering & Nutrition Bhopal and a postgraduate qualification from Apollo Medvarsity.

In her new role, Aditi will oversee revenue strategy and commercial performance at the resort.
