Sudipta Halder Appointed as New Assistant Director-HR at Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata

APPOINTMENT

Fairfield by Marriott has announced the appointment of Sudipta Halder as Assistant Director of Human Resources at Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata.

Sudipta brings extensive experience of over 15 years in HR, learning and development, and people engagement.

He began his career as a lecturer and training officer before moving into the hospitality sector, where he has worked with leading brands such as Sarovar Hotels, The Lalit, Accor, and Hyatt Hotels across multiple locations in India.

Over the years, Sudipta has held key leadership roles in training, L&D, and human resources, most recently serving as HR Manager at Taj Hotels.

In his new role, he will drive HR strategy, employee engagement, and culture-building.
