Storii by ITC Hotels Expands Portfolio with Wildlife Retreat Signings

ITC Hotels Limited (ITCHL) has announced the expansion of its boutique hospitality brand, Storii by ITC Hotels, through the signing of management contracts at key wildlife destinations in India. The brand will debut new retreats in Jawai, Ranthambore, Sasan Gir, and Dhari Gir, strengthening its presence in nature-led tourism locations near prominent national parks.

Commenting on the development, Anil Chadha, Managing Director, ITC Hotels Limited, said the expansion aligns with the brand’s focus on creating immersive, nature-centric experiences while contributing to the growth of wildlife tourism in India. He noted that these destinations enable Storii by ITC Hotels to extend its intimate, experience-driven approach to guests seeking meaningful engagement with natural surroundings.

Jawai and Ranthambore Developments

Storii by ITC Hotels Jawai will feature 15 guestrooms and premium tents and is being developed in partnership with 1st Gate Luxe Private Limited. Vilamb Singh, Director, 1st Gate Luxe Private Limited, said the collaboration aims to highlight the region’s character by blending local traditions with personalised hospitality.

In Rajasthan, Storii by ITC Hotels Ranthambore will be a 40-key retreat located near Ranthambore National Park. The project is being developed with partners Bagh-E-Khaas, who noted that the retreat reflects a shared focus on heritage-inspired hospitality within a natural setting.

Expansion in Gir Region

In Gujarat, Storii by ITC Hotels Sasan Gir will offer 26 guestrooms near Gir National Park, a destination renowned for wildlife tourism. The owner, Hirenkumar Jashubhai Barad, said the association with ITC Hotels supports efforts to enhance visitor experiences while contributing to the local economy.

Storii by ITC Hotels Dhari Gir, developed in partnership with Star Developers, will feature 60 guestrooms. According to Pankaj Lodhiya, Partner at Star Developers, the project is designed to reflect the region’s landscape and offer leisure-focused stays connected to the outdoors.

With these signings, Storii by ITC Hotels continues to build a portfolio centred on smaller-scale retreats in distinctive destinations.
