Sarovar Hotels Opens Vandhara Sarovar Premiere in Patkote, Jim Corbett

Sarovar Hotels has announced the launch of Vandhara Sarovar Premiere, a nature-focused retreat located near Jim Corbett National Park. The opening marks Sarovar Hotels’ entry into the Patkote region, strengthening its presence in North India’s leisure travel market.

The property features 73 villas, rooms, and suites, each with a private balcony offering garden- or mountain-facing views. The launch aligns with Sarovar Hotels’ broader growth strategy, which includes more than 150 operational hotels across India, Nepal, and Africa, as well as nearly 80 properties under development.

Set amid forests and the lower Himalayan landscape, Vandhara Sarovar Premiere offers a secluded stay with access to local attractions, including the Sitabani Temple, nearby safari zones, birding trails, forest walks, village visits, and hiking routes. The hotel’s design combines contemporary elements with nature-inspired materials, open layouts, and views that connect guests to the surrounding terrain.

Experiential offerings are tailored for couples, families, and small groups, and include guided wildlife trails, birdwatching, stargazing, night forest walks, riverside picnics, and curated village experiences. Wellness facilities include an outdoor swimming pool, spa treatments, and yoga sessions designed to complement the natural setting.

Positioned as a destination for weddings and meetings, the hotel offers two indoor banquet halls, each measuring 3,200 sq. ft., and a 5,000 sq. ft. Nakshatra Lawn for outdoor events. Event planning services, customised décor options, and tailored menus suitable for social celebrations and corporate gatherings support the facilities.

Dining options include Brahmkamal, an all-day restaurant serving regional and international cuisine, and Somras, a lounge bar offering a curated selection of beverages in an intimate setting.
