The Oberoi Group has announced two scholarships under the names of Rai Bahadur M. S. Oberoi and P. R. S Oberoi. The two scholarships – named Dare to Dream The Raj Bahadur Mohan Singh Oberoi Scholarship, and Be The Best The Prithvi Raj Singh Oberoi Scholarship – will aim at empowering and supporting exceptional individuals who exhibit outstanding potential and dedication to becoming world-class hoteliers.

Dare To Dream Scholarship

Dare To Dream The Rai Bahadur Mohan Singh Oberoi Scholarship, offered by The Oberoi Group, is open for hotel operations employees in India from hotels other than The Oberoi Group. The scholarship is named after Rai Bahadur M. S. Oberoi, who began his career as a clerk at Clarkes Hotel in Shimla, rose through the ranks, and brought an exemplary change in the hospitality sector in India. The scholarship will offer the selected student a Masters in Business Administration in Hospitality, a two-year course from EHL Hospitality Business School.

Be The Best The Prithvi Raj Singh Oberoi Scholarship

Be The Best The Prithvi Raj Singh Oberoi Scholarship, by The Oberoi Group, will be available for hotel operations employees of The Oberoi Group in India and overseas. The scholarship is named after P. R. S Oberoi, who learnt the art of hospitality under his father, Rai Bahadur Mohan Singh Oberoi and was the reason for The Oberoi’s global expansion and success. The scholarship will offer the selected student a Masters in Business Administration in Hospitality, a two-year course from EHL Hospitality Business School, as well as an executive position posting of two years.
