On 29 and 30 May, Le Beaulieu’s ‘Rendez-vous’ series will welcome Hiroyuki Matsumoto from Restaurant Prunier, which holds one Michelin star. Chef Matsumoto will collaborate with Le Beaulieu’s Chef de Cuisine, Charles Degrendele, for a four-hands dinner combining French culinary traditions with Japanese techniques and seasonal ingredients.

The event also highlights the shared heritage of Le Beaulieu, established in 1901, and Restaurant Prunier, established in 1934, both known for their connection to French fine dining.

The dinners will be served from 6 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., with pricing starting at VND 4,900,000++ per person or VND 7,400,000++ including wine pairing.

On 31 May, the hotel will also host a Provençal-themed edition of Le Beaulieu’s Sunday Brunch featuring Louis Gachet from the one-Michelin-starred Le Feuillée. The brunch menu will include Provençal-inspired dishes, seafood, cold cuts, cheeses and French classics, accompanied by live jazz performances.

The brunch will run from 12 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., with packages starting at VND 3,500,000++ per person. Options with wine and Champagne are also available. Children under six dine free, while children aged between six and eleven receive discounted pricing.

The dining events form part of the hotel’s 125th anniversary celebrations. Since opening in 1901, Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi has remained part of Hanoi’s hospitality and cultural landscape, with anniversary events planned throughout the year.
